Cloud Platform’s Platform Email service is a robust transactional email solution built on Amazon SES, addressing previous limitations and outages of the legacy email service. It offers improved deliverability, security, compliance (FedRAMP, ISO, PCI), and supports DMARC, SPF, and DKIM authentication. Domain registration with proof of ownership is required. This offering is fully supported by Multi-Experience Operations.
