Platform Email has the following thresholds for [complaints](/acquia-cloud-platform/manage-apps/platform-email/troubleshooting#platformemail-complaint) and [bounce](/node/56367#bounce-rate) rates:

*   Bounce rates:
    *   4% for warning
    *   8% for block
*   Complaint rates:
    *   0.1% for warning
    *   0.4% for block
