If you use a custom twig template, complete the following steps:

1.  Ensure that a relevance model is created.
2.  Re-index all search items and conduct a test search that has clicks.
3.  Confirm that the Analytics API track, for example, `https://analytics-us.searchstax.com/api/v2/track/`, loads in the search results page.
4.  If you have another working application with analytics configured, ensure that the settings in your application match the settings of the application that works as expected.

You might need to add the attribute to allow analytics to track data.
