When both branches and tags do not trigger your Pipelines jobs automatically, then it might indicate that you need to [reset your Pipelines credentials](/acquia-cloud-platform/help/68971-how-can-i-manually-reset-credentials-application "How can I manually reset the credentials for the application?").

[Contact Acquia Support](/service-offerings/contacting-acquia-support "Contacting Acquia Support") if you cannot reset your Pipelines credentials.

If your job does not trigger after resetting the credentials, [recreate the webhooks](https://docs.acquia.com/acquia-cloud-platform/features/pipelines/troubleshooting#section-webhook-issues:~:text=To%20recreate%20the%20missing%20webhooks).

Note

Automatic triggers do not work when you push tags to Acquia Git.
