Table of contents will be added

**Note:** This article only covers Acquia’s non-Kubernetes version of Acquia Cloud infrastructure, referred to as [Cloud Classic](/node/55808).

This feature is currently unavailable for the Acquia Cloud infrastructure, previously referred to as [Cloud Next](/node/55808).

Issue
-----

Since CloudFlare, [Acquia Cloud Edge Protect](/node/55926), and [Acquia Cloud Edge CDN](/node/55926) act as a reverse proxy, the IP address in Apache logs will show the CloudFlare IP address instead of the visitor's true IP address.

Resolution
----------

To restore the true IP address of the visitor, [file a Support ticket](/service-offerings/contacting-acquia-support "Contacting Acquia Support") to request a reverse proxy header to `CF-Connecting-IP`.
