**Issue**

When checking the Acquia Connector settings page it says that it is connected to Acquia, but data is not getting sent.

**Resolution**

Open the Acquia Connector Credentials page [http://www.sitename.com/admin/config/system/acquia-connector/credentials](http://www.sitename.com/admin/config/system/acquia-connector/credentials),

Then check the credentials on the Acquia Cloud Platform Page i.e. https://cloud.acquia.com/a/applications/xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx/settings/keys.

Make sure that the credentials added on the site are similar to the ones provided on Cloud UI, if not add the correct credentials and then connect to the subscription.
