*   Change Subscribers can now use memcache in Pipelines feature containers.
*   Change Subscribers can no longer run the `pipelines-deploy` command inside the `build` event.
*   Change Pipelines now provides improved build performance for subscribers with large databases.
*   Fix Attempts to sync large databases using Pipelines failed after 500 seconds.
*   Fix Pipelines did not update the Bitbucket status for builds.
