It may be helpful to see a complete list of orders you’ve shared. To see a list, go to the [Shares page](What-will-I-see-on-the-Shares-page) from the Activity menu and click the My Orders button. A list of orders you’ve placed, along with the recipients, date ordered, number of assets in the order, and the order status will display. Click an order number or View Order to see assets that were ordered. Click View Assets to re-order assets from the order. You can also sort by the date so the most recent orders display at the top of the list.

If you are the Acquia DAM admin, you can see also see all assets users have ordered on the [Order Administration page](/acquia-dam/how-do-i-see-orders-have-been-placed-users "How do I see orders that have been placed by users?") in the Admin app.

### Viewing your orders in the new experience

If you have the redesigned search experience enabled, the Shares page in the Activity menu has been renamed to Orders / Shares.

### For non-admin users

1.  Navigate to Activity > Orders / Shares.
2.  Your own orders display by default. No additional filtering is needed.
3.  This page displays orders placed through the new bulk download experience only.

### For global admins

1.  Navigate to Activity > Orders / Shares.
2.  By default, orders from all users on the site display.
3.  Use the Order creator dropdown to filter orders by a specific user.
4.  Select My orders for a quick filter to see only your own orders.

### Viewing legacy orders

Click View classic orders on the Orders / Shares page to access orders placed through the legacy bulk download or bulk share experience.

Note

The renamed Orders / Shares page only appears for users who have the Redesigned search preference toggled on. Users with that preference off continue to see the legacy Shares page.
