You may want to clear your browser's cache when web pages error or if issues occur while displaying assets. The cache is saved files that your browser retains copies of to produce web pages faster.

As improvements and bug fixes are made to the files behind the scenes, serving up a cached version of a web page may result in errors because the cached version does not have the appropriate coding to function as it should. Clearing the cache allows your browser to request and obtain the latest version of the file or web page.

The cache is cleared differently in each [supported browser](/acquia-dam/what-are-supported-browsers "What are the supported browsers?").
