The Hide Expired Order Information feature in Acquia DAM enhances asset security by preventing the display of asset thumbnails and filenames on expired external order pickup pages. This feature helps protect your digital assets from unauthorized visibility after order expiration.

Enable the Hide Expired Order Information feature
-------------------------------------------------

The toggle is defaulted to OFF and can be enabled by admin users with the following steps:

1.  Go to the **Admin** app.
2.  Navigate to **Global** **Settings**.
3.  Click on **Features**.
4.  Under the **Secure** section, enable the **Hide Expired Order Information** toggle.

Understanding the Feature's Impact
----------------------------------

*   When **OFF** (default setting): Expired order pages will continue to show asset thumbnails and filenames, allowing users to see what was included in the order, even after expiration.
