After you [create deliverables](/acquia-dam/how-do-i-create-workflow-projects-and-deliverables "How do I create Workflow projects and deliverables?") for a project, you'll set up the workflow to route the proofs. Proofs can be routed to one group for feedback and approval or multiple groups using stages and rounds. Only certain file types can be [routed](What-file-types-can-I-route).  
  
Needs setup will be indicated on the [project details page](How-do-I-see-details-for-a-project) next to the name of any deliverables that need a workflow set up. Select one of the deliverables that need setup to begin routing the proof.

Set up the workflow
-------------------

At first, the workflow will be in setup mode. From there, add the proof, update any overview information, then set up the workflow. Select from [saved workflows](How-do-I-create-saved-workflows) or create a new saved workflow or set up [review stages](How-do-I-set-up-a-review-stage) and add reviewers and commenters.
