From the Options menu for each portal, you can see how many times a specific portal has been viewed based on certain date ranges. Anyone that enters a portal, either when they're creating and editing it or after they share it (with or without a required login or access code) and the page is opened or refreshed, is counted as a viewer.

To see the number of times a portal has been viewed:

1.  Access the Portals dashboard from Acquia DAM.
2.  View the options for your desired portal.
3.  Select Portal views from the menu.
4.  Define the date range.

The number of views for each date, as well as the total number of views, displays in the table. If a date range of today is selected, the number of views each hour, as well as the total number of views, displays in the table.
