A list of the most recent orders displays on the page, too. The order number, sender and recipient email addresses, order and [expiration dates](What-are-expiration-dates), [delivery method](/acquia-dam/how-can-ordered-assets-be-delivered "How can ordered assets be delivered?"), status, number of assets from the order that have been downloaded, and the number of assets in the order also display. Click the order number to see assets in or the title in the table to sort by the order information most relevant to your needs. ![Order administration dashboard showing a table with order details, including sender and recipient emails, order dates, status, and options for each entry.](https://acquia.widen.net/content/615548f7-4705-41a7-b9d2-1313189953e3/web/ka0Pb0000009bpx00N6g00000WDN1a0EM6g000005Lvqw.png)   Hide Expired Order Information feature -------------------------------------- If the Hide Expired Order Information feature toggle is enabled, the following changes will occur: * Asset thumbnails and filenames will not be visible on expired external order pickup pages. * This affects the visibility of asset details when searching for expired orders or reviewing order details. Admin users can manage this setting in the Admin app under **Global Settings > Features > Secure**. Search for orders ----------------- Enter a search term in the quick search on the Order Administration page to search for orders with a specific asset. From the results, you can re-order assets in active orders by clicking Select, expire the order immediately, or extend the order to any future date. The Order Details page includes order pickup information and the order pickup link if the order is still active, as well as the order's intended use, recipient and sender information, and a list of assets in the order. Click the Show All in Search Results link in the upper right of the page to see larger previews for assets in the order. You can also expire or extend the order from the Order Details page. Up to 10,000 rows of order information can be exported. After you create an export, you'll be taken to the [Exports page](Where-can-I-export-from-in-the-Acquia-DAM) to download the export when it's available. If you've enabled [alerts and email notifications](/acquia-dam/admin-what-alerts-or-email-notifications-can-i-get "As an admin, what alerts or email notifications can I get?"), you'll receive notification when the export is ready. To review and sort data, download the export and open the file. Click **Advanced**. 2. Select the checkbox next to the desired search field. Select multiple boxes to search more than one field. 3.
