Search for assets or use asset categories and collections to find the ones you need. Download or share up to 10 assets. The app includes all the assets you have access to from the full Acquia DAM (Widen) site. Enable mobile access -------------------- To enable the Mobile Application feature: 1. Log in to DAM. 2. Navigate to the Admin app. 3. Click **Global settings** > **Features**. 4. Turn on the Mobile Application feature. Access the mobile app --------------------- To access the mobile app, you need your mobile device and access to a DAM account. To get started: 1. Download the Acquia DAM app from the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/acquia-dam-widen/id1533293245) or [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.widen.collective.app&pli=1). 2. Open the app. The app displays an access code that must be used to allow access and verify the company you work for. The access code is valid for 5 minutes. Once you have an access code, log in to the DAM on your mobile device through any web browser and select your user profile. 4. Choose Mobile access and enter the access code from your device. ![From your user profile in your site, select Mobile access and enter the access code.](https://acquia.widen.net/content/b7a81334-713c-4cef-9d7d-1bcb836e354e/web/ka0Pb0000006rPp00N6g00000WDN1a0EM6g000005LvyV.png) You can now access the mobile app. A few things to note: If you log in to the DAM site once every 30 days, you’ll stay logged in to the mobile app. If you’re unable to log in to the DAM once in that timeframe, you’ll be logged out of the mobile app and will be presented with another access code to access the app again. Share assets ------------ Quickly text or email to share an asset with your phone contacts and apps. If the [end-user license agreement](Can-EULAs-be-used-on-my-site) (EULA) for internal (logged in) downloading and sharing is enabled in your site, you'll need to review that before sharing. Download assets --------------- Download original file formats, or download a web-friendly PNG of images, PDFs, and Microsoft Office documents. If the EULA for internal (logged in) downloading and sharing is enabled in your site, you'll need to review that before downloading.
