Select a role, then select Application Permissions. When setting up roles, you can: * Choose whether or not users can view or order assets that are released, unreleased, or [expired](/acquia-dam/what-are-expired-assets "What are expired assets?"). * Configure [conversion formats](/acquia-dam/what-are-conversion-formats "What are conversion formats?") availability * Set up user permissions and [asset group permissions](/acquia-dam/what-are-asset-group-permissions "What are asset group permissions?") * Set admin approval requirements for certain download formats Permissions can also be enabled when you are setting up a feature on the [Features page](What-are-the-available-features-and-their-permissions).
