When you're [downloading](How-do-I-download-assets) assets from the Acquia DAM (Widen) to use on social media sites, you may want to download cover photos and profile pictures in sizes that best fit the site, yet retain control over the file from the DAM. We recommend having [conversion formats](/acquia-dam/how-can-conversion-formats-be-added "How can conversion formats be added?") created in the sizes below to select from when you're downloading to post to social media. Add conversion formats at any time by requesting them from the DAM Customer Support team.  
  
As a DAM admin, you can also create a Social Media User [role](How-do-I-create-roles) and give that role [permission](What-does-each-permission-mean) to view and use these conversion formats.

*   Shared picture: 1,200 x 630 JPG
