When you list your products on digital commerce platforms, formatting requirements for the information varies widely from site to site and changes often. A syndication tool takes your product assets and attributes, transforms them to match the requirements for different platforms, and then can export that data to the platforms.   
  
The Entries app has an add-on syndication tool – powered by Syndic8 – that allows your team to do this from within Entries. Contact your account rep to learn more about the Acquia Syndicate tool and associated costs.

Mapping

If you purchase the Acquia Syndicate tool, you’ll work with an implementation team to [map your product fields and data](/acquia-dam/how-do-i-set-field-mapping-syndication "How do I set up field mapping for syndication?") from Entries to trading partners in the syndication tool.
