On the Downloads page, access a history of [downloads](How-do-I-download-assets) from orders and from [collections](/acquia-dam/what-are-collections "What are collections?") along with details about those activities. 

To see this page, select **Downloads** from the Activity menu on the [dashboard](/acquia-dam/what-will-i-see-dashboard "What will I see on the dashboard?").

Order tracking numbers, filenames, the downloader, and the date ordered display in tables on the Downloads page. Table contents may be slightly different depending on which one you're viewing.  
  
It's important to know two things about the Downloads page:

*   Downloads will not populate on this page in real time. They will display on the page the day after the download happens. 
*   Downloads from the [Asset Digest](What-can-I-find-in-the-Asset-Digest) are not tracked on this page. 

If you want to download the assets again or share them with someone, select **View Order** or **View Assets**. 

Expire orders
-------------

The sender of an order can access the Downloads page to determine whether or not recipients have downloaded any assets in the order.  
  
All orders have an [expiration date](What-are-expiration-dates) to make sure old assets are not used. The site will verify that assets from the original order aren't expired. If you're unable to download an order before it expires, contact the order sender to request it be sent again.
