If your assets don't upload to the Acquia DAM, try this:

1.  Check to make sure you're using a [supported browser](/acquia-dam/what-are-supported-browsers "What are the supported browsers?").
2.  Open the site in [private browsing mode](/acquia-dam/how-do-i-browse-private-browsing-mode "How do I browse in private browsing mode?"). This mode clears the cache and disables all plugins that may be installed.
3.  If the upload works in private browsing mode, manually [clear the browser's cache](How-do-I-clear-my-cache) and [disable any browser plugins or add-ons](/acquia-dam/how-do-i-disable-browser-plugins-or-add-ons "How do I disable browser plugins or add-ons?") to continue to upload.
4.  If private browsing mode doesn't work, the firewall or proxy servers may be blocking the files from being uploaded. Contact your IT administrator or internal help desk to request they check that your settings allow access to uploading.
