The Sites Dashboard provides the option to permanently delete sites.

Caution

Deleting a site is permanent and cannot be undone. Once a site is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Use the following steps to delete a site from the platform:

1.  Log in to [Acquia Source](https://source.acquia.com/) to open the Sites Dashboard.
    
2.  On the **Sites** tab, locate the site that you want to delete.
3.  Click the Kebab menu icon on the site card.
4.  Select **Delete Site**.
5.  In the confirmation dialog box, type `CONFIRM` and click **Delete**.
