Permissions control which user roles can create, edit, or delete different types of content.

The following table lists the available methods for managing permissions:

Method

Description

 

Content type level

*   Manage permissions that are only related to a content type.
*   Unrelated permissions are hidden.
*   Manage permissions from the Structure panel in the left sidebar.

 

Site level

*   Manage permissions for the entire site, including permissions related to content types.
*   The full list of permissions is visible.
*   Manage permissions from the Users panel in the left sidebar.
