The Subscriptions page for Acquia Source sites helps administrators monitor and manage the Acquia Source subscription.

### Accessing the Subscriptions page

To access your subscription details and monitor your views usage:

1. Log in to [Acquia Source](https://source.acquia.com/) to open the Sites Dashboard.
2. In the top navigation bar, select **Subscriptions**.

### Subscription details

The Subscriptions page displays the following details about the subscription:

* **Subscription Name**: The name of the subscription.
* **Start Date**: The date the subscription begins.
* **Expiration Date**: The date the subscription ends.
* **Sites**: A list of sites that associate with the subscription.

### Entitlements

The Entitlements section displays the number of sites in use compared to the total number of sites the plan permits.

### Usage summary

The Usage Summary section displays a progress bar. This bar indicates the monthly limit and the percentage of views consumed for the current month. The UI also displays a table that lists the total number of views for each previous month and the monthly limit.

### Understanding Views

Views are requests made to the Acquia Source site. Views exclude static content such as images, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript. Views also exclude redirect requests, client errors, and activity that originates from known bots and crawlers. Therefore, Views count requests that actual users generate and that the platform successfully serves to them.

### View calculation method

The Acquia platform collects data to calculate Views. Specifically, Views are counted at the Varnish® layer and includes Dynamic Requests with HTTP 2xx status. Acquia excludes the following requests when the platform calculates the total amount of Views:

* Requests generated by known bots.
* Requests generated by Acquia uptime monitor tools.
* HTTP 3xx redirect status requests.
* HTTP 4xx client error status requests.

### Comparison with Analytics Tools

Analytics tools such as Google Analytics measure instances of page loads. Acquia measures a level below these page loads and aggregates requests that reach the Acquia platform.

### Overage management

The Acquia Source displays alerts on the subscription page when the account approaches or exceeds the limits of the plan.

Note

To obtain assistance with overage charges or site limits, contact your Account Manager. The Account team provides information about the Views entitlement options for the site.
