After changing the custom domain, you do not need to rebuild existing forms. However, to ensure proper functionality, complete the following steps:

1.  Rebuild the form cache by selecting all forms and choosing the **Rebuild cache** option from the dropdown.
    
2.  Update embedded forms on external websites with the new form code.
    

Forms on Campaign Studio landing pages that use shortcodes are updated automatically.
