Campaign Factory provides the Reseller Branding and Reseller Settings features to help resellers to customize Campaign Factory accounts and the instance-provisioning process so that they can create a more personalized experience for their customers.

This features provide the following capabilities to resellers:

*   [Open-ID Connect provider credentials](#oidc-provider-credentials)
*   [Provisioning of a Campaign Studio instances](#provision-campaign-studio-instance)

Prerequisites
-------------

Before configuring these features, you must:

*   Have a Campaign Factory subscription
*   Have Campaign Factory Reseller agreement with Acquia
*   Get any or all of the following features enabled by [creating a Support ticket](https://docs.acquia.com/service-offerings/support#contact-acquia-support):
    *   Reseller Branding
    *   Reseller Settings 
    *   Reseller Settings Provisioning 

Accessing the Reseller features
-------------------------------

1.  To access Campaign Factory, go to [maestro.mautic.com](https://maestro.mautic.com/).
2.  Log in to your Campaign Factory account.
3.  On the Campaign Factory landing page, click the **Settings** icon to access the dropdown menu.

4.  Click on of the following option based on what you want to configure:
    *   **Reseller Branding** 
    *   **Reseller Settings**

Reseller branding
-----------------

Resellers can use the Reseller Branding feature to apply custom-branding to all accounts and their instances in Campaign Factory. This ensures that the selected design elements are consistently applied across all accounts and instances, resulting in a branded user or customer experience.

1.  [Access the Reseller Branding dialog box.](#access-reseller-features)
2.  For **App Name**, enter the name that is used as a signature when Campaign Factory sends any emails to users, such as: when a new user is created, password reset, report download link, etc. Configuration options load any values that users can set at the instance's configuration level.
3.  To configure the color branding for all accounts and their instances in Campaign Factory, enter the hex code for the following:
    1.  **Primary Color**
    2.  **Secondary Color**
    3.  **Tertiary Color**
    4.  **Sidebar Header**
    5.  **Sidebar Background**
    6.  **Auxiliary Color**
4.  For **Heading Font**, select a font for the headings in all accounts and their instances.
5.  For **Body Font**, select a font for the body text areas in all accounts and their instances.
6.  To configure the logos for all accounts and their instances, click **Choose File** and upload the logo image for the following:
    
    1.  **Login Logo** \- Upload an image that does not exceed 300px x 300px.
    2.  **Main Logo -** Upload an image that does not exceed 300px x 120px.
    3.  **Mascot**: - Upload an image that does not exceed 300px × 300px
    4.  **Favicon** - Upload an image that does not exceed 32px x 32px.
    
    The **Favicon** updates the favicon for the Campaign Factory platform and is only visible for Campaign Factory users who can access it. 
    
    *   To use a favicon for your instances at the account-level or the instance-level, visit [Branding Campaign Studio instances](/campaign-studio/add-ons/campaign-factory/branding-campaign-studio-instances "Branding Campaign Studio instances"). 
    *   To use a favicon for your landing pages, visit [Settings](https://docs.acquia.com/node/56770#landing-page-settings) in the Landing page builder.
7.  Click **Save**.
    
    Campaign Factory applies the branding to all accounts and their instances in Campaign Factory.
    
    Additionally, users can also apply:
    
    *   [Account-level branding](https://docs.acquia.com/campaign-studio/add-ons/campaign-factory/branding-campaign-studio?cid=7622d&previewMode=revision#account-level-branding) to custom-brand all instances associated with a Campaign Factory account.
    *   [Instance-level branding](https://docs.acquia.com/campaign-studio/add-ons/campaign-factory/branding-campaign-studio?cid=7622d&previewMode=revision#instance-level-branding) to custom-brand a single instance.
        
        Instance-level branding overrides account-level branding and both instance-level and account-level branding override Reseller Branding.
        

Creating custom branding for Campaign Factory[¶](#creating-custom-branding-for-campaign-factory "Permalink to this heading")
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Resellers can custom-brand their Campaign Factory user interface to display their own company’s custom domain name in the web browser and customize the appearance of their Campaign Factory platforms with their own logo and favicon.

1.  [Access the Reseller Settings dialog box.](#access-reseller-features)
2.  Click the **General** tab.
3.  In the **Custom Domain** field, enter your custom domain URL.
4.  To upload the logo for the Campaign Factory account:
    1.  For **Login Logo**, click **Choose File** and upload the logo image that does not exceed 300px x 300px.
    2.  For **Main Logo**, click **Choose File** and upload the logo image that does not exceed 300px x 120px.
    3.  For **Favicon**, click **Choose File** and upload the logo image that does not exceed 32px x 32px.
5.  Click **Save**.

Creating Open-ID Connect provider credentials[¶](#creating-custom-branding-for-campaign-factory "Permalink to this heading")
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Resellers can use an OpenID Connect provider to set up single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for authorization and authentication of their users through external providers such as Gmail and Okta.

1.  [Access the Reseller Settings dialog box.](#access-reseller-features)
2.  Click the **OIDC** tab.
3.  Configure the following fields for Open ID credentials:
    1.  **Open-ID Provider URL**: Enter the URL of your Open-ID service provider.
    2.  **Open-ID Client ID**: Enter the Client ID of your Open-ID service provider.
    3.  **Open-ID Client Secret**: Enter the Client Secret of your Open-ID service provider.
    4.  **Open-ID Scope**: Scope to access Email ID.
    5.  **Open-ID Response Type**: Defined by provider.
    6.  **Open-ID Extra Parameter**: If the provider requires any extra parameters in the request.
4.  Click **Save**.

Provisioning a Campaign Studio Instance
---------------------------------------

Campaign Factory resellers can send their customers a welcome email with the customer's instance and provisioning credentials.

1.  [Access the Reseller Settings dialog box.](#access-reseller-features)
2.  Click the **Provisioning** tab.
3.  To configure an endpoint to receive the provisioning credentials, configure the following fields:
    
    1.  **Webhook URL**: Enter the https:// URL that receives the provisioning credentials.
        
    2.  **Webhook Secret**: Enter the webhook secret.

4.  To send the customer a welcome email with instance credentials, do the following:
    
    1.  **Send Welcome Email**: Select the checkbox to send the customer a welcome email with their credentials.
        
    2.  **Subject**: Enter the email subject.
        
    3.  For the welcome email, create a new email or edit the email template provided. Ensure that you provide the customer with the necessary credentials, including:
        
        *   The URL for the new Campaign Studio instance.
            
        *   **Username:** Enter the customer Admin's email address.
            
        *   **Password:** Create a first time password for the customer Admin's Campaign Studio instance login credentials.
            
5.  Click **Save**.
    

Note

You must inform and set the Redirect URL to Custom Domain/OAuth/callback.
