Troubleshooting zero audience notifications
-------------------------------------------

A zero audience notification occurs when data is unavailable in the system for at least one required content block in a campaign. This situation prevents a campaign from reaching an audience. To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:

* Remove refinements: Restrictive filters or refinements applied to a campaign can cause an empty audience. To broaden the audience scope, review these refinements and then relax or remove them.

* Add customer data: Ensure that the necessary data for the campaign content blocks is available in CDP. If data is missing, CDP cannot match the criteria to existing audience data. Add or update the required data to resolve this issue.
