Setting up the audience
-----------------------

To set up the audience:

1.  In **Include customers who**, click the **Add Group** icon.
    
    The system displays the Add Rule page.
    
2.  Click **Customer Preferences** and do the following:
    1.  Add the **Email Opt-out** rule.
    2.  Select the `equal to` operator.
    3.  Set the value to `N`.
3.  Click the **Add Rule** icon.
    
    The system displays the Add Rule page.
    
4.  Click **Customers Attributes** and do the following:
    1.  Add the **Email Status** rule.
    2.  Select the `equal to` operator.
    3.  Set the value to `V`.
5.  Click the **Add Group** icon.
    
    The system displays the Add Rule page.
    
6.  Click **Purchase Activity** and do the following:
    1.  Add the **Place a transaction** rule.
    2.  Select the `In the last` operator.
    3.  Set the value to `365` `days`.
7.  Click the **Add Group** icon.
    
    The system displays the Add Rule page.
    
8.  Click **Customers Attributes** and do the following:
    1.  Add the **Distance to closest store** rule.
    2.  Select the `equal to` operator.
    3.  Set the value to `10`.

9.  Click **Next**.

Setting up the content
----------------------

The **Customer Attributes** category and the **Email address** attribute are added by default.

1.  To add the customer attributes, click the **Add Group** icon.

2.  Select the **Distance to Closest Store** attribute.

3.  Click **Apply**.
    
    Note
    
    CDP does not support multiple **one-to-many** content models concurrently. For example, the content models of the same type, such as last purchased, last browsed, and recommendation. The changes that you make overwrite the existing ones.
    
4.  Click **Next**.

### Using the machine learning recommendation models

You cannot choose the quantity of recommendations that ranges from 1 to 20 recommendations per customer.

1.  To add a new content model category, click the **Add Group** icon.
2.  Select the **User to Product Recommendations** models.

3.  To add the customer attributes:
    1.  Click the **Add Rule** icon.
    2.  Select **Name**, **Image URL**, and **URL** attributes.
4.  Click **Apply**.
5.  Click **Next**.

### Using the latest product browsed activity

You can determine the quantity of purchased products to display per customer. For the scenario, set it to “1”.

1.  To add a new content model category, click the **Add Group** icon.
2.  Select the **Last Product Browsed** models.

3.  To add the customer attributes:
    1.  Click the **Add Rule** icon.
    2.  Select **Name**, **Image URL**, and **URL** attributes.
4.  Click **Apply**.

    Important
    
    Clearing the **Required** checkbox activates deduplication, while selecting the checkbox eliminates the products that must be deduplicated for customers.
    
5.  Click **Next**.

Selecting the destination
-------------------------

1.  On the Destination(s) page, click **Add new destination channel**.
    
    The system displays a list of destinations that are configured for your environment.
    
2.  Select a destination channel.
    
    For example, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), Data Management Platform (DMP), Email Service Provider (ESP), and Social Media.
    
3.  Click **Next**.

Reviewing the summary
---------------------

1.  On the Summary page, review the summary of the campaign.
2.  To send the campaign, click **Send Now**.
