Using the color palette and picker
----------------------------------

The Color menu provides the option to choose a color from your Color palette or use a specific color from the Color picker. If a color is selected from the palette, it can be managed globally. This means the color can be changed within the [Color palette](/drupal-starter-kits/add-ons/site-studio/creating-your-color-palette "Creating your color palette") and the change will be applied to all styles using the color.

If a color is applied using the Color picker, the color is not managed globally and only applies in the single instance.
