*   Change Drupal core is updated to 9.3.13.
*   Change The Google Analytics module is pinned to 4.0.0.
*   Change The Site Studio permissions are updated.
*   Change The Acquia CMS logo is updated. This logo is displayed when installing the site using Acquia CLI.
*   Change The Acquia CMS component module can be installed separately on any Drupal site.
*   Change The composer patches section in composer.json is updated to follow the standard pattern of adding Drupal patches.
*   Fix Users were getting an error on the Acquia CMS tour configuration form.
*   Fix Users were getting an error when running site install on the existing configuration.
