This interface is powered by Acquia ID, Acquia's identity management solution built by leveraging technology from an industry-leading identity provider. Accessing the Launchpad user interface through Acquia ID -------------------------------------------------------- You can access Launchpad through: ### Generic Launchpad login 1. Access [launchpad.acquia.com](https://launchpad.acquia.com/). 2. However, you will be able to access it through all the other product user interfaces in the future. For example, to access the Launchpad page through Cloud Platform user interface: 1. Access [cloud.acquia.com](https://cloud.acquia.com). 2. Specify your login credentials and click **Sign in**. This displays the Cloud Platform user interface. 3. Click **Acquia Launchpad**. This displays the Launchpad page. Getting authenticated access to your core products -------------------------------------------------- You can get simplified authenticated access to the following core Acquia products through Launchpad without logging in again: * **Cloud Platform** * **Acquia Source** * **Acquia Web Governance** * **Acquia DAM** You can view your core Acquia products in the ****My Products**** section in Launchpad. The products listed here are based on the entitlements and subscriptions associated with the organizations you belong to. However, the add-ons or features associated to core products are not listed here. Note You can get Single Sign-on access using Acquia ID to your Acquia DAM sites only if you have Acquia DAM and Source or Acquia DAM and Cloud Platform subscription. For example, to get authenticated access to Cloud Platform: 1. Access [launchpad.acquia.com](https://launchpad.acquia.com/). 2. For multi-product Acquia DAM customers If your subscription has access to multiple DAM sites, you must select a site that you want to access through Acquia ID. ![dam_sites](https://acquia.widen.net/content/e3f82d33-c539-414c-893e-b7c447939042/web/cd3d4_dam_sites.png?w=720&itok=6lJeiEaH) Access the Cloud Platform add-ons --------------------------------- You can access the following Cloud Platform add-ons through Launchpad: * **Cloud IDE** * **Code Studio** * **Acquia Search Powered by Searchstax** * **Acquia Edge** * Edge Standard * Edge powered by Akamai * Edge powered by Cloudflare * **Pipelines** Note * You can access these add-ons only if your subscription supports them. * As Edge Standard is powered by Acquia ID, you do not need to sign in again to access Edge Standard. For example, to access Cloud IDE: 1. Access [launchpad.acquia.com](https://launchpad.acquia.com/). 2. Note If your subscription does not have an entitlement for a specific add-on, the system displays the **Explore** option and you are redirected to the marketing pages for such add-ons. Discovering other core products of Acquia ----------------------------------------- Through the Launchpad user interface, you can view and discover the core products of Acquia. For example, Acquia DAM, Acquia Content Optimization , and so on. However, you do not get authenticated access to these products. To view and discover the core products of Acquia: 1. Access [launchpad.acquia.com](https://launchpad.acquia.com/). 2. Click **Explore** for one of such products. This redirects you to the product marketing page for the product. For example, the system redirects to [https://www.acquia.com/products/acquia-dam](https://www.acquia.com/products/acquia-dam) for DAM. Accessing Acquia’s learning resources ------------------------------------- Through the Launchpad user interface, you can access the following learning resources offered by Acquia as well as the status page for Acquia products: * Product Documentation * Acquia Academy * Acquia TV * Acquia status Note When you access product documentation through Launchpad, you are automatically authenticated to the system through Acquia ID. ![Dashboard interface displaying Acquia products, including Acquia Cloud Platform and other services. Acquia Copilot uses Acquia's comprehensive documentation to give you quick and accurate information, helping you save time and find the solutions you need faster. If you do not find what you need, click **Talk to a live agent** to transition to help from one of Acquia's capable Customer Support team members. Access [launchpad.acquia.com](https://launchpad.acquia.com/). 2. As appropriate, click one of the available options.
