Acquia Support does not:

*   Execute data subject requests
    
*   Erase data from any of the systems such as accounts.acquia.com, CCI, Salesforce, and Service Cloud
    
*   Follow up on erasure requests or ensure that they are completed
    

Important

Deleting a user from the Acquia platform is permanent and **cannot be undone**.
