### Contact DAM Support

To submit a DAM Support case:

1.  Log in to your DAM site.
2.  In the global menu, click the **Help** (**?**) icon and then click **Acquia DAM Community**.
    
    The system redirects you to the Acquia DAM Community welcome page.
    
3.  In the Support menu, click ****Contact support**** and [create a case for the Support team](https://community.acquia.com/acquiadam/s/article/How-do-I-create-a-case-for-the-Support-team).

Alternatively, you can use the Chat option to interact with a DAM Support specialist.
