Issue
-----

Some customers who are subscribed to Acquia Status or Acquia Maintenance notifications using Microsoft Teams webhooks may experience an error. This appears to be an issue with Microsoft Teams webhooks in general, and is not isolated to Statuspage webhooks or Acquia Status in particular. 

Error message
-------------

If this issue occurs, the system sends an error message to your inbox, stating something similar to: 

> Webhook problem detected. We've detected a problem with your webhook endpoint subscribed to the Acquia status page, so we've deactivated the webhook. Please make sure that your webhook endpoint of (your webhook https) office.com/webhookb2 (your own) Incoming Webhook (your specific incoming webhook address) is responding with a 2xx response code within 30 seconds of initial connection. Once you're confident you've addressed the issue preventing the webhook from completing successfully, you should visit the link below to re-subscribe your endpoint. **Resubscribe** button link.

Troubleshooting steps
---------------------

Confirm that you are using the correct method to integrate Microsoft Teams with Statuspage:

1.  Install the Statuspage app. For instructions, visit [Set up Microsoft Teams Integration Statuspage](https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-microsoft-teams-integration/).
    
2.  Click **Configure**.
    
3.  Add the Acquia Statuspage address: [https://acquiamaintenancecommunications.statuspage.io/](https://acquiamaintenancecommunications.statuspage.io/Take "https://acquiamaintenancecommunications.statuspage.io/Take").
    
4.  Use the webhook URL that is produced in the Statuspage app to subscribe in the Statuspage webhook dropdown. For more information, visit [Enable Webhook notifications](https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/enable-webhook-notifications/).
    

You may find that when you click **Resubscribe** in the email, the webhook is active and its ability to send and receive messages has not changed.

Additional information
----------------------

If you cannot resolve the issue with the instructions provided in this document, Acquia encourages you to open a support ticket with Microsoft Teams. It is likely that the Statuspage webhook is flagged as "not responding within 30 seconds", which causes Statuspage to deactivate the webhook. Because of this, Microsoft needs to determine why Teams is unable to ‘make the hook’ within 30 seconds.
