Instructions
------------

The History Center stores all accessibility issues and details from previous scans. This page provides instructions on how to access and use the Acquia Web Governance History Center.

1.  Click **History Center** (bar graph icon), located on the top menu bar of any page within the platform.

    The system displays the _History Center_ landing page.
    
2.  **Domain**: In the first field, click to expand the list of domains and select a domain from the list.
3.  **Module**: In the second field, click to expand the list of available modules and select **Accessibility** from the list.

The system displays the _Accessibility_ page of the History Center. The page provides information about the profile that is used and the scan results over time.

*   **Viewing as Profile**: The current profile. For more information, visit [Performance](/node/59356).
*   **Device**: The type of device used.
*   **Measure from**: Distance from the server location.
*   **Network speed**: The speed of the network.
*   **Check frequency**: The frequency of the check.
*   **Graph** with performance speed and date as well as a donut chart that displays the average performance score.
*   **Scan history results**: This table shows valuable scan data from previous scans.
    *   **Crawled at**: Date and time of scan.
    *   **Pages crawled**: Number of pages scanned.
    *   **Domain compliance**: Percentage of compliance achieved.
    *   **Comparison to average**: The score of the website as compared with the average score within the industry.
    *   **Failing checks**: The number of checks that do not pass the accessibility checks, broken down into category icons.
    *   **Issues**: Total number of accessibility issues that need to be handled.
    *   **Changes since previous crawl**: Percentage of changes made since the last scan.

Important

The dashboard always displays data with the default profile selected. To change this, select a new profile (click the drop-down arrow to expand the list of available profiles). When you change the profile, the numbers on all three sections inside the Performance module update accordingly.

Export Accessibility history
----------------------------

To receive an export of the Accessibility history:

1.  Navigate to the History Center.
2.  Select the date range that you want to view.
3.  Click **Compound Export**.

4.  The system opens a dialog with the following information:  
    "_The Compound Export contains data from the first and last scans within the selected date range. The export does not include data from the following sources:_
    *   _Domain groups_
    *   _Domains that were not scanned in the selected date rage_
    *   _Domains that have never been scanned"_
5.  Select **Start Compound Export**. The dialog informs that:  
    "_Your export is currently being generated._  
    _You will receive an email when the export is ready._  
    _To see the current progress, click the user avatar on the top right of the main page and select **My Exports**._  
    _Alternatively, click the button below._  
    _**Go to my exports**."_
6.  Click **Go to my exports** and select **Download** on the same row as the new report.
7.  Select a location on your device for the report to download to.
8.  Navigate to the downloaded report.
9.  Accessibility issues are listed in the report  along with issues from other modules found by the scan. Filter for the types of Accessibillty issues that you want to review.
