This document provides instructions for admin users on how to add a custom Accessibility Statement to a website.

1.  Navigate to the Domain Overview page.
2.  Click Action on the same row as the domain and select Script setup guide from the expanded list of options.
    
    The system opens the Set up your domain page.
    
3.  Select **Script Setup Guide** in the drop-down list.
    
4.  Click **Add PageAssist script** to turn it **ON**.

5.  Click the _Open PageAssist script settings_ link. The _PageAssist script settings_ page opens.
6.  Note
    
    PageAssist should be active. If the switch is not visible, refer to [PageAssist setup](/web-governance/pageassist-setup-introduction "PageAssist setup introduction").
    
7.  Fill in the information that the prompt requires.

8.  **Include Accessibility Statement**: Find the _Include Accessibility Statement_ toggle and set it to **ON**.
9.  The section expands to include a URL field. Enter the URL to the company accessibility statement.
10.  Save the settings and copy/paste the code into the website HTML body.
