Introduction
------------

Use the Web Governance Content Management system (CMS) integration to seamlessly transition from a live page on your website to the corresponding page in your CMS.

This document provides instructions on how to use the Web Governance CMS integration.

Prerequisites
-------------

* CMS integration is not automatically available with all subscriptions, it must be requested. For instructions on how to request a CMS deep link integration, visit [How to request a CMS deep link integration](https://docs.acquia.com/web-governance/help/59266-how-request-cms-deep-link-integration "https://docs.acquia.com/web-governance/help/59266-how-request-cms-deep-link-integration").

* Optional: The browser extension is helpful but not required for CMS integration. For instructions on how to install and use the browser extension, visit the docset: [Web Governance Browser Extension](https://docs.acquia.com/node/58711 "https://docs.acquia.com/node/58711").

Open with the browser extension
-------------------------------

The CMS integration is most commonly accessed from the _Inspect page with browser extension_ feature within the UI.

1. Log in to Web Governance and navigate to the domain that you want to view.
2. Click **Quality Assurance** (the checkbox icon) on the domain menu bar.
3. Select **Content with QA errors** on the left menu.
4. On the same row as an error, select **Inspect page with browser extension** (the magnifying glass icon). The system opens the page in a new tab with the browser extension open. For instructions on how to install and use the browser extension, visit the docset: [Web Governance Browser Extension](https://docs.acquia.com/node/58711 "https://docs.acquia.com/node/58711").

    Note

The **Inspect page with browser extension** option is available on several other pages within the UI, these steps provide instructions on how to locate it from one module.

5. On the browser extension toolbar, click **Open In** (icon of a box with an arrow pointing up) and select your CMS.
