Introduction
------------

This article provides instructions on how to access and use the Dictionary.

Navigation
----------

To navigate directly to the Dictionary view, follow these steps:

1.  Log in to your Web Governance account.
2.  Select the domain that you want to work with.
3.  Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible
4.  Click **Content Quality** to expand the menu.
5.  Click **Misspellings**.
6.  Select **Dictionary**.

Landing page
------------

The dashboard contains these features:

*   Tabs:
    *   **All**
    *   **Language** (one for each language detected)
*   **Export** button
*   **Filter** button
*   **Search** field
*   Table columns
    *   **Word**
    *   **Language**
    *   **Added date**
    *   **Added by**
    *   **Remove from dictionary**

### User actions

You can do the following actions on this page:

*   Tabs: Click a tab to filter the results list.
    *   **All**
    *   **Language** (one for each language detected)
*   **Export**: Click the **Export** button above the results list.
*   **Filter**: Click the **Filter** button to view the filter options and select an option:
    *   Labels
*   **Search**: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
*   **Remove from dictionary**: Select this option on the same row as the word that you want to remove from the dictionary.
