If you have not already taken a look at our prerequisites, see the user guide article: [Prerequisites](https://docs.acquia.com/acquia-optimize/getting-started/prerequisites). For new customers, refer to the **Welcome** email for the login link and your password. Step 1: Inform stakeholders --------------------------- Web governance can affect many individuals across your company. Make sure you take some time to identify who will be impacted – both directly and indirectly – by Web Governance. Examples of stakeholders to notify include content creators, marketing departments, SEOs, webmasters, project managers, and IT directors. Web Governance provides a handy guide and email templates for you to send to your stakeholders. Step 3: Add the Web Governance script ------------------------------------- Configure and add the Web Governance script. Once the script is installed, errors are highlighted on the page where they occur, and if your package includes the Analytics module, statistics begin to show up immediately. ![The Set Up Your Domain page. This makes it easy to delegate responsibility across your team or different departments. Edit groups and add new groups at any time. Web Governance supports unlimited users. During new user creation, assign them to specific groups.
