Reschedule Exam

Cancelling your Acquia certification exam

You may cancel a scheduled exam up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel within the 72-hour window, you will not receive a refund. To cancel an exam and take it at a later date, it is best to reschedule it, even far in the future if you are not sure when you want to take it.

To cancel your exam:

  1. Log in to ProctorU.

  2. Visit the scheduling page

  3. Click Cancel next to the exam you want to cancel.

Requesting a refund for an exam

Our proctoring service provider processes payments for exams. Therefore, you must request refunds through ProctorU.

To request a refund for an exam:

  1. Visit the ProctorU support page and submit a request.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Refund Inquiry.

    After submitting the form, a ticket is created in the ProctorU Support system. You can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours. If the refund is granted, it will take 3-7 business days to process and appear back in your account.

If you fail to appear for a scheduled exam without notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling your Acquia Certification exam

Your exam is available for 60 minutes from your scheduled start time.

Exams can be rescheduled from their originally scheduled date without penalty, as long as they are rescheduled more than 72 hours before your scheduled exam time. Exams rescheduled within the 72-hour window are subject to a premium scheduling fee. You may not reschedule exams after the time and date for the exam has passed.

To reschedule an exam:

  1. Log in to ProctorU.

  2. Visit the scheduling page.

  3. Select your term and exam.

  4. Choose the date and time you would like to take the exam, and click Schedule.

  5. Once you have chosen a new date and time, follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
