Why can I not use Acquia CLI to pull database backups after I implement a custom Varnish Configuration Language (VCL) file?

If you implement a custom VCL file, the system might generate the following error when you run the Acquia CLI pull command to import your database into your IDE:

Unable to download database copy from /environments/XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX/databases/SITENAME/backups/XXXXXX/actions/download. 404: Not Found 

This is a known issue in Cloud Platform.

To resolve this issue, contact Acquia Support and request an update to the Access Control List (ACL) in your VCL. After you update the ACL, download the database backups into your IDE using acli.
