Planning for success
Acquia has identified that successful Acquia Edge implementations have alignment across the project team and organization. Acquia suggests that you identify personnel for the following roles:
Customer preparation
The Acquia Edge onboarding is effective if you:
Get confirmation of all domain records: Configure and identify internally of who controls the decision management of these records at their current DNS.
Articulate your goals for using Acquia Edge: If you can articulate why you are implementing Acquia Edge, and what business challenges you want to solve, you can configure your system properly to solve such challenges.
Identify all participants who will require onboarding training: Identify the project participants and Acquia Edge administrators who need access to the Acquia Edge e-learning resources.
