Viewing Search Utilization reports
Detailed reports of your Search Utilization are available in the Cloud Platform user interface. These reports provide visibility into your subscription utilization of queries and index storage.
The information in this section is available only for accounts that have Owner or Administrator permissions for the selected organization.
To view the Search Utilization reports for your subscription:
Click your organization’s information card.
The system displays the Organizations page.
In the left menu, click Subscriptions.
The Cloud Platform user interface displays all Cloud Platform subscriptions associated with the organization.
Click the subscription name to view additional details about the subscription.
The system displays the subscription Overview page with the usage summary of monthly Search Queries and overall Search Index Storage.
In the left menu, click Search Utilization.
The system displays the Search Utilization page for all applications within the subscription.

Click the Search Queries tab to view the following reports:

| Search Queries by Environment | Graphical representation of the number of Search Queries for one or more environments in an application. You can use the date filter to view this report for the current month or a date range. | Application; Environment; Date range |
Click the Search Index Storage tab to view the following reports:
