Cloud Platform makes daily backups of all databases in all environments and keeps them for three days. These backups are listed as Daily in the Cloud Platform interface Databases page.

These daily backups are triggered by a Scheduled job that you can see on your Cloud UI. Its name is usually Scheduled job, and you can not modify it. It is required and can't be disabled.

If you do want to change the time these backups run (e.g. as they could run during outside of your dark hours and put some load on your servers), please contact Acquia Support to make this change for you.
