SPF record error for Acquia Platform Email
Issue ¶
We are getting the following error report for SPF record:
"SPF record is present, but invalid. No SPF record found for "_spf.acquia.com".
Your SPF record:
"v=spf1 ip4:XX.XX.XX.XXX include:_spf.acquia.com -all""
Resolution ¶
If you have the old SPF record setup in the DNS provider, please remove it.
Cause ¶
The SPF record _spf.acquia.com is from the Legacy Email service used for verifying email addresses. Since Acquia has removed the Legacy Email service from the platform, _spf.acquia.com is no longer required.
