Timed Out Initializing for the Universal Certificate in Cloudflare

Issue

I am seeing Universal certificates for the domain is showing "Timed Out Initializing".

Resolution

Disable the Universal SSL Certificate in the dashboard and re-enable after a few seconds. This will re-order the certificate.
