WARN: Disk quota exceeded while copying files to CDEs

Known Issue 

If you are an Acquia Cloud Enterprise customer and are trying to copy files from your staging or production environments to one of your CDEs and you get an error like -

[2019-10-16 07:23:43] Disk usage for site testsite-name is 56450028 KB. 
[2019-10-16 07:23:43] WARN: Disk quota exceeded 
zlib(finalizer): the stream was freed prematurely.

This can be due to the task exceeding the fixed 5GB file storage for CDEs as described here - https://docs.acquia.com/cloud-platform/cd/resource/

If your files are less than the 5GB limit and this error is still occurring, it can be due to the task trying to copy the database backups from under filesystem along with the files.

CD environments

Resolution - 

Some ways to work around this can be: 

• Use the Stage file proxy module
• Manually import the files if they are less than 5GB
