Duplicate email error while giving LPM Access to user

To provide user access for Lift Profile Manager accounts if you get Duplicate email error then please check below details:

  • Is customer belongs to partner accounts
  • Do they already have access to multiple accounts
  • If yes then just check main account and you can assign the respective users from parent account to child account using Linked Customer option of LPM.
