Resetting Two Factor Authentication

Issue
I have lost access to my two factor authenticator I use with Acquia Cloud Platform account and were unable to follow any of the instructions in Using two-factor authentication with Acquia ID .
Resolution
One of your team members will need to file a ticket with Acquia Support. Please note that Acquia Support cannot assist you in getting access to your account over the phone for security reasons.
