  • Change The Applications page in the Acquia Cloud user interface was updated to include Starred and Recent buttons for viewing starred and recent applications.

  • Change Subscribers can now provision a new Acquia Cloud Free subscription more quickly.

  • Change When provisioning a new Acquia Cloud Free subscription, subscribers will no longer see the Configure Drupal button to provision a subscription with Drupal installed, but will be guided to Acquia Cloud, where they can choose a distribution to install.

Acquia Cloud - November 17, 2019 through November 23, 2019

  • Change To better determine the status of long-running SSH key deletion attempts, the Acquia Cloud API endpoint for deleting an SSH key was updated to return a notification ID.

  • Fix The Acquia Cloud Subscription page did not reset the subscription view and visit counts on the displayed graphs.

  • Fix Clicking the View link for an application in the Views by Application section caused Acquia Cloud to change the desired date range to a different value from the value previously entered in the Data below displayed from field.

Acquia Cloud - November 10, 2019 through November 16, 2019

  • Change The endpoint for modifying an existing scheduled job was refactored to provide a notification ID for Acquia Cloud API users to determine the status of long-running tasks.

  • Change When attempting to copy multiple databases simultaneously, the Acquia Cloud user interface now displays an error message if the request is too large, and there is no response from the Acquia Cloud API.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud user interface now includes various improvements to several user interface elements.

  • Change When configuring a new log forwarding destination, the Acquia Cloud user interface displays more detailed error messages.

  • Change Tasks that complete immediately in the Acquia Cloud user interface, such as application tagging and bulk application tagging, now display notifications with an initial status of Completed rather than In Progress.

  • Change The endpoints for creating a scheduled cron job, and deleting a cron job were refactored to provide a notification ID for Acquia Cloud API users to determine the status of long-running tasks.

  • Change The sign-up form for Acquia Cloud Free has been updated.

  • Fix When calls to the Acquia Cloud API returned errors, the error message displayed in the Acquia Cloud user interface failed to contain API error information.

  • Fix When trying to install Drupal on an environment with a tag deployed, the Acquia Cloud user interface displayed an error message.

  • Change Short-duration tasks now provide completion times and progress percentages for compatibility with the Acquia Cloud API.

  • Change The sign-up form fields for Acquia Cloud Free have been simplified.

Acquia Cloud - October 13, 2019 through October 19, 2019

  • Change The endpoint for installing a new SSH key was refactored to provide a notification ID for Acquia Cloud API users to determine the status of long-running tasks.

  • Change Subscribers are temporarily unable to delete database backups.

  • Fix The list database backups endpoint in the Acquia Cloud API incorrectly described the required date formats for the to and from parameters, causing no data to be returned.

  • Fix When attempting to send emails from the PHP CLI using PHP 7.3, Acquia Cloud displayed an error message.

Acquia Cloud - October 6, 2019 through October 12, 2019

  • Change PHP versions were updated to 7.2.22 and 7.3.9.

  • Change Sodium is now enabled as an alternative to mcrypt in PHP 7.2 and PHP 7.3.

  • Change After registering for an Acquia Cloud Free account, subscribers are no longer redirected to the Acquia Cloud user interface welcome screen.

  • Change Organization Administrators and Owners can now bulk add and bulk delete application tags on applications they manage.

  • Change The list all notifications endpoint now returns only the latest 30 notifications by default, sorted in reverse chronological order.

  • Fix When viewing the Environments page in the Acquia Cloud user interface for a subscription containing a deprovisioned but not yet deleted environment, the Acquia Cloud user interface displayed an error.

To upgrade your environments from PHP 7.1 to PHP 7.2 manually before this date, see Upgrading From PHP 7.1 to 7.2. Upgrades may take several minutes to complete.

  • Change Subscribers can no longer use a forward slash (/) in application tag names.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud user interface now grays out the add and remove tag buttons and displays a tooltip if subscribers don’t have permissions to add and delete tags.

  • Change The width and the location of Filter by subscription name text field on the Subscriptions page was changed.

  • Fix The PUT /environments/[id] endpoint returned a HTTP 500 response when passed an invalid request body.

Acquia Cloud - July 14, 2019 through July 20, 2019

  • Change When adding a new SSH key on the SSH Keys page, the Acquia Cloud user interface displays a dialog box.

  • Fix When trying to remove a wildcard domain from the Acquia Cloud user interface, Acquia Cloud failed to validate that domain.

  • Fix The Acquia Cloud API documentation displayed incorrect examples for the GET /subscriptions/{subscriptionUuid}/entitlements endpoint and the POST /applications/app/ides endpoint.

Acquia Cloud - July 7, 2019 through July 13, 2019

  • Change The Acquia Cloud user interface and the Acquia Cloud API were updated so that the DNS card now displays Edge Cluster information correctly in the Acquia Cloud user interface.

  • Change The locations of the page titles and the Add SSH Key and Create Token buttons on the SSH Keys and the API Tokens pages were updated in the Acquia Cloud user interface.

  • Fix When attempting to add an application tag containing question marks or number signs, subscribers experienced an error and were unable to access the Applications page in the Acquia Cloud user interface.

Acquia Cloud - June 30, 2019 through July 6, 2019

  • Change The Acquia Cloud API documentation now includes updated descriptions and examples for the GET /environments/{environmentId}/metrics/stackmetrics/data endpoint and the GET /environments/{environmentId}/metrics/stackmetrics/{stackMetricsMetricType} endpoint.

  • Change The DNS information card was updated to include an ELB balancer section which displays an environment’s IP address if the environment has an elastic load balancer (ELB).

  • Change The Acquia Cloud API v2 documentation now includes instructions for authenticating API calls.

  • Fix When attempting to send fpm-access or fpm-error logs to a preferred log forwarding destination, subscribers received an error.

  • Fix Subscribers could configure an identity provider (IdP) even if their subscription didn’t entitle them to the service.

  • Fix The /insight/[id]/score-history Acquia Cloud API endpoint failed to filter specified from values.

Acquia Cloud - June 23, 2019 through June 29, 2019

  • Change PHP versions were updated to 7.1.30, 7.2.19, and 7.3.6.

  • Change The application tagging feature now displays a progress bar when loading a list of suggested tags.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud user interface now displays DNS information in a separate section on the Domains, SSL, and environment Overview pages.

  • Change Uptime monitoring checks now originate from the static IP address 18.210.189.71.

  • Fix When users attempted to create 16-character application tags, Acquia Cloud displayed an error message.

  • Fix When trying to change the Node.js version in the Acquia Cloud user interface, Acquia Cloud displayed an error message for some subscribers.

  • Fix Administrator attempts to add FPM access and FPM error logs to log forwarding failed.

Acquia Cloud - June 16, 2019 through June 22, 2019

  • Feature You can now tag your applications with your choice of label text and color, and then filter which applications the Acquia Cloud user interface displays to you based on your tags. Learn more.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud API now provides a GET /api/environments/[id]/dns endpoint to display environment DNS information.

  • Change The Senior developer role now has full log forwarding permissions for all environments.

  • Change The Developer role now has restricted log forwarding permissions on production environments.

  • Change The SSH Keys and API Tokens pages now display a message box when no data is available for display.

  • Fix Tooltips on the Environments page continued to display instead of timing out.

  • Fix Site update tasks for activating or deactivating SSL certificates failed to update load balancers.

  • Fix In certain circumstances, subscribers couldn’t access the Acquia Cloud API.

  • Fix Emailed invitations to join a team displayed HTML attributes in the subject field.

  • Fix Attempts to retrieve Acquia Insight history from a certain date range using the Acquia Cloud API returned data from an incorrect date range.

Acquia Cloud - June 9, 2019 through June 15, 2019

  • Fix The Acquia Cloud user interface failed to display views and visits data for some subscribers.

  • Fix When installing a non-legacy SSL certificate, Acquia Cloud generated unneeded update tasks.

  • Fix Attempts to remove a wildcard domain name from an environment failed with validation errors.

Acquia Cloud - June 2, 2019 through June 8, 2019

  • Change The text on the Payment Settings page was updated for subscribers who do not have any payments set up.

  • Change Acquia Cloud Professional subscribers will now see a welcome screen after creating an account if the account was created within the last seven days.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud API v2 documentation was updated to use the Swagger UI framework.

  • Change The All Organizations link in the breadcrumb navigation was updated to link to the All Applications page instead of to the My Organizations list page in the Acquia Cloud user interface.

  • Change Subscribers with Node apps can now view up to 9,999 Node artifact items in the Acquia Cloud user interface.

  • Change A certain endpoint was updated in the Acquia Cloud user interface to allow node runtimes to be configured.

  • Fix The hover text for Application in the breadcrumb navigation was displayed incorrectly.

  • Fix Certain examples for the GET applications/[uuid]/tasks endpoint in the Acquia Cloud API documentation were incorrect.

Acquia Cloud - May 26, 2019 through June 1, 2019

  • Change When a certain flag is enabled, subscribers can view their php-error.log without any newlines in a single log.

  • Fix The Acquia Cloud user interface truncated a certain number of characters in the scheduled jobs command when the number of characters exceeded the width of the display field on the Scheduled jobs page.

  • Fix Due to a change in the Bitbucket payload structure, some subscribers could not trigger jobs using webhooks.

Acquia Cloud - May 19, 2019 through May 25, 2019

  • Change PHP versions were updated to 7.1.29, 7.2.18, and 7.3.5.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud interface now displays the Application UUID on the Product Keys page.

  • Change The Agreements page was removed from the Profile section of the Acquia Cloud interface.

  • Change When opening the breadcrumb navigation menu, the current application, organization, and environment are displayed.

  • Change Acquia Cloud now supports webp images without the need for a custom Content-Type header.

  • Change SSL endpoints are now marked as supported in the Acquia Cloud API documentation.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud interface includes several minor changes for usability.

Acquia Cloud - May 12, 2019 through May 18, 2019

  • Fix Some subscribers could not use the Acquia Cloud interface to delete CD environments that failed to be created.

  • Fix Attempting to connect Bitbucket accounts with more than 100 repositories to Acquia Cloud CD environments would fail.

  • Fix Subscribers received unnecessary requests to reset their passwords.

Acquia Cloud - April 21, 2019 through April 27, 2019

  • Change The text describing the Cloud API role under the Accessing the Acquia Cloud UI section of the Edit Role page was updated.

  • Change The description text under the Certificates and Private Key fields was updated on the Log Forwarding page.

  • Change A module alerts icon, which displays a list of alerts and their details (if one or more alerts exists), now displays on environment cards in the Acquia Cloud interface.

  • Change The provision lead time message displayed by the Acquia Cloud interface when customers try to provision a new Acquia Cloud Free subscription has been updated.

  • Fix The Views and Visits page displayed an error if the to parameter in the date range picker was greater than the current date and time.

  • Fix Subscribers were unable to copy files from their production environments to their development environments due to a certain error message being displayed in the Acquia Cloud interface.

  • Fix The Acquia Cloud API subscription/{uuid}/entitlements endpoint returned visits and views as strings instead of integers.

  • Fix Drupal 8-based websites that had Drush 9.6 installed in the vendor directory displayed Declaration of Drush\Commands\AhSqlCommands fatal error messages when executing Drush commands.

  • Fix When attempting to upgrade Drupal 7-based websites with Drush commands, Drush terminated with an error message, and the upgrade process failed.

  • Fix Drush commands failed for websites using PHP 7.2, causing the following error message to be written several times to the log files:

  • Change The Acquia Cloud interface breadcrumb navigation now renders more quickly for subscriptions with a large number of applications.

  • Change Updated text in the Cloud API and the API Tokens pages in the Profile section of the Acquia Cloud interface.

  • Change The accounts.acquia.com API rate limit is now set to 100 requests per minute.

  • Fix Application cards for Node.js applications displayed Insight scores.

  • Fix Subscribers with applications hosted in a VPC were unable to rsync data between environments.

  • Feature The Acquia Cloud API v2 is now available with over 200 endpoints for developer workflow, website management, and provisioning capabilities. Its improved API documentation helps you extend, enhance, and customize Acquia Cloud.

  • Change PHP versions were updated to 7.1.27 and 7.2.16.

  • Change Insight scores are now displayed on each environment card.

  • Change Log forwarding on Acquia Cloud Enterprise now supports FPM access and FPM error logs.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud interface now displays the production environment’s PHP version on its application card.

  • Change Certain labels were removed from the application card in the Acquia Cloud interface.

  • Change Certain potentially destructive actions in the Acquia Cloud interface that previously required re-entering a password before submitting now require a confirmation message.

  • Fix For log forwarding subscribers on Acquia Cloud Enterprise, multi-line messages in the Drupal watchdog log failed to forward correctly.

  • Fix A database details component displayed an incorrect name if the first character was a digit.

  • Fix Acquia Cloud CD environments failed to time out.

  • Fix In certain circumstances, incorrect environment pages were displayed for an application.

  • Fix The Two-step Verification page in the Acquia Cloud interface displayed outdated images.

  • Fix For Acquia Cloud Free subscribers, the Steps to Launch page displayed an invalid Learn More link.

  • Change Subscription usage reports now provide pre-defined date ranges.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud interface now supports environment variables with values up to 5000 characters in length.

  • Change Improved help text on the legacy SSL installation page in the Acquia Cloud interface.

  • Fix In certain circumstances, emails from the Acquia Cloud interface failed to send.

  • Fix Drush aliases downloaded from the Acquia Cloud interface contained an invalid link in the included README file.

  • Fix When selecting Sumologic as a log forwarding destination, the Acquia Cloud interface required a private key.

  • Fix The private key for Sumologic log forwarding destinations was not properly validated.

  • Fix The Acquia Cloud interface sometimes failed to display the version of Node.js running on an environment.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud interface now displays a Steps to Launch feature for all users.

  • Fix The Acquia Cloud interface did not allow users to increase an environment’s PHP memory limit to a value greater than 384 MB.

  • Change Memcache compression is now enabled by default for Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 websites running PHP 7.x. The latest stable version of the Memcache API and Integration module for Drupal 8 enables compression by default.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud interface now redirects new users to a welcome screen.

  • Change After registering for an Acquia Cloud Free account, users are redirected to the Acquia Cloud interface welcome screen.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud default SSL certificate for *.acquia-sites.com domains was updated.

  • Change For some Acquia Cloud subscriptions, the default version of New Relic was changed to 8.5.

  • Change The Acquia Cloud default SSL certificate for *.acquia-sites.com domain was updated.
