Cloud Platform - November 28, 2021 through December 4, 2021
Change Acquia Insight will reach end-of-life on March 15, 2022. Acquia Insight can no longer be enabled in the Cloud UI and the Cloud API endpoints for Insight are marked as deprecated in advance of the feature’s scheduled end-of-life. For more information, see Retiring the Acquia Insight Score feature.
Cloud Platform - November 14, 2021 through November 20, 2021
Change Acquia Uptime will reach end-of-life on February 1, 2022. Acquia Uptime can no longer be enabled in the Cloud UI and the Cloud API endpoints for Uptime are marked as deprecated in advance of the feature’s scheduled end-of-life. For more information, see Retiring the Acquia Uptime feature in favor of New Relic Synthetics Monitoring.
Cloud Platform - November 7, 2021 through November 13, 2021
Change Cloud Platform will now display multi-line stack traces as a single log entry and not multiple log entries.
Cloud Platform - October 24, 2021 through October 30, 2021
Change The Cloud Platform user interface is updated to indicate the Drush aliases format that works with specific Drush versions.
Change All Cloud Platform applications can manage IDEs through the Cloud Platform user interface. This is independent of the number of associated IDEs.
Change PHP 7.3 is updated to 7.3.30, PHP 7.4 is updated to 7.4.25, and PHP 8 is updated to 8.0.12.
Change Security patches are applied to PHP and New Relic on all Acquia Cloud Platform products.
Fix On the Views & Visits section on the Subscriptions page, the chart showing total monthly views was incorrect on the first day of every month. It included the previous month’s total into the count for that day.
Cloud Platform - October 17, 2021 through October 23, 2021
Fix In the Cloud Platform user interface, state changes did not reflect on the Environments page until the user refreshed the page or navigated to a different page.
Fix The search functionality did not behave consistently when a user clicked and used the
tab
key.
Cloud Platform - October 10, 2021 through October 16, 2021
Change The endpoint for configuring an environment is enhanced to provide a notification ID, enabling you to determine the status of long-running tasks.
Change Cloud Platform no longer supports PHP 7.3, which has reached end of life.
Cloud Platform - October 3, 2021 through October 9, 2021
Change Cloud Platform does not allow you to select PHP 7.3 for your environment.
Cloud Platform - September 5, 2021 through September 11, 2021
Change PHP 7.3 is updated to 7.3.28 and PHP 7.4 is updated to 7.4.18.
Change Cloud Platform supports PHP 8.0. Note that this PHP version does not have the
propro
library, which is no longer a required dependency for thepecl_http
PHP library.Fix When users without the proper user role or permission were clicking the Email tab, the Cloud Platform user interface was showing a spinning wheel instead of a warning about incorrect user permissions.
Fix New Cloud Platform subscriptions were blocked from enabling Platform Email on their environments.
Cloud Platform - August 29, 2021 through September 4, 2021
Change [Cloud Next] On Cloud Next environments, SSH pods and command (cron/cloud hook) pods terminate more gracefully during platform maintenance events.
Cloud Platform - August 22, 2021 through August 28, 2021
Fix There was a delay between the cut of a new tag and the tag appearing in the list of the available tags that can be deployed to an environment.
Fix Patches were applied to Platform CDN to resolve an issue that prevented Views and Visits from reporting correctly. Applications using Acquia’s Platform CDN services will now see an increase in Views and Visits calculations.
Cloud Platform - August 15, 2021 through August 21, 2021
Change Security patches are applied to PHP on all Cloud Platform products.
Fix The Cloud Platform user interface had dates mismatch in the column and hover labels in the Views and Visits charts in the Subscription section.
Cloud Platform - August 8, 2021 through August 14, 2021
Fix When using minimized browsers or browsers at reduced magnification, users were unable to see all the available options in the log type list on the log streaming page.
Cloud Platform - August 1, 2021 through August 7, 2021
Change To optimize the operational efficiency of Cloud Platform, data compression is now enabled for connections between PHP and MySQL.
Fix Users were unable to see any of the Subscription Entitlements sections when they had the Views and Visits entitlement, but didn’t have the roles that allow access to Views & Visits.

Change The Cloud Platform user interface is updated to have new colors and fonts, aligning it with the Marketing Cloud user interface.
Cloud Platform - July 18, 2021 through July 24, 2021
Change The default version of MySQL on Cloud Platform is 5.7.33.
Cloud Platform - July 11, 2021 through July 17, 2021
Change Cloud Platform is updated to run the latest version of New Relic’s PHP monitoring agent with PHP 8 support.

Change The per-metric endpoint in Stackmetrics in Cloud API is deprecated. It will be removed from the API in six months.
Change The Cloud API endpoints for enabling and disabling RA are changed to Production status.
Change The Cloud API endpoints for enabling and disabling Uptime are changed to Production status.
Change The Cloud API endpoints for enabling and disabling Live Dev are changed to Production status.
Change The Cloud API endpoints for enabling and disabling Production mode are changed to Production status.

Fix For an environment, you can edit the Max input variables and Max POST request size values in Configuration > Advanced through Site Factory applications.

Change For environments running on PHP 7.3+,
drupal-watchdog.log
entries containing stack traces are formatted as a single line. This lets third-party log monitoring vendors and analytics services interpret entries as a single event and not multiple events. The readability of stack trace data in the downloaded log files might reduce.

Fix [Cloud Next] Drush commands were using an application’s PHP memory limit instead of the 512 MB default CLI memory limit.
