Cloud Platform - December 10, 2023 through December 16, 2023
Change [Cloud Next] The Utilization by Service Layer and Utilization by Resource charts are no longer available in the Cloud Platform user interface. During initial testing of this Beta feature, Acquia received user feedback and found a few areas for improvement. Until such feedback is addressed, Acquia has hidden the Stack Metrics charts from the Cloud Platform user interface.
Cloud Platform - November 26, 2023 through December 2, 2023
Change [Cloud Next] PHP is updated to 8.1.24 and 8.2.11.
Change [Cloud Next] The Percona toolkit is upgraded to v3.5.5.
Change [Cloud Next] New Relic is upgraded to v10.14.0.3.
Change [Cloud Next] The project’s
vendor/bin
directory is added to thePATH
environment variable ahead of/usr/local/bin
. With this, global calls to Drush defaults to the vendor version.

Change The password functionality in the Cloud Platform user interface is enhanced to support the Password Have I Been Pwned? module. This ensures that the system validates your password against a list of compromised passwords and prevents you from specifying such passwords.
Change [Cloud Next] Cloud Next environments are updated to use the Memcached version 1.6.22.
Cloud Platform - October 22, 2023 through October 28, 2023
Change [Cloud Next] Cloud Platform creates the
AURABot
user in your organization-level team calledRA-BOT-team
. This user is visible only if you are using Remote Administration to deploy Drupal updates on your Cloud Next environments. For more information, see Cloud Next.
Cloud Platform - October 15, 2023 through October 21, 2023
Change [Cloud Next] New Relic is upgraded to v10.13.0.2.
Fix [Cloud Next] New Relic reported the duration of certain Drupal-specific HTTP requests incorrectly. For example, Drupal calls to Acquia Search or other Solr endpoints were not reported correctly. To ensure that the reports are accurate, PHP global configurations are updated to leverage the
newrelic.guzzle.enabled
flag in New Relic. This flag controls the reporting of the PHP Guzzle library’s external requests.
Cloud Platform - October 8, 2023 through October 14, 2023
Change [Cloud Next] New Relic is upgraded to v10.12.0.1.
Cloud Platform - October 1, 2023 through October 7, 2023
Change [Cloud Next] Cloud Platform is enhanced to disable transaction tracing and dynamic tracing in New Relic. For more information about the New Relic setting, see Transaction tracer .ini settings.
Change Cloud Platform no longer supports PHP 8.0.
Cloud Platform - September 24, 2023 through September 30, 2023
Change The default version of PHP in Cloud Platform is 8.1.
Change When you copy files or databases from a Cloud Next environment to a Cloud Classic environment, Cloud Platform can execute cloud hooks.

Change [Cloud Next] PHP is updated to 8.0.30 and 8.1.22.
Change [Cloud Next] Security patches are applied to PHP 7.4.33.
Fix [Cloud Next] When the code for database connection was not included in Drupal’s settings.php file, Cloud Platform displayed a warning message.
Fix When trying to update IdP details in the Cloud Platform user interface, the system did not update the SSO URL parameter.

Fix When users requested to view data for multiple months in Stack Metrics, Cloud Platform could not render the graphs correctly.

Change When you request an access token from accounts that you want to use in Cloud API, the system does not add organization scopes that are not requested in the access token. For information about the impact of this change, see Federated Authentication requires a workaround.

parameter for traces under Custom attributes in the New Relic user interface. By leveraging the value of this parameter, you can match traces to logs downloaded from the log download or log forwarding feature.
Cloud Platform - May 14, 2023 through May 20, 2023
Change [Cloud Next] For Drupal 8 or later sites upgrading to Cloud Next, the system overrides
$settings['reverse_proxy_addresses']
and sets it to platform defaults if the parameter is not set. Therefore, BLT 11.x users can upgrade such sites to Cloud Next without upgrading the BLT version.
